big-papi-little-papiDavid Ortiz (Dominican Republic) on potentially facing Daisuke Matsuzaka (Japan) in the WBC: “I’m going to take Dice-K deep for sure.

Jason Bay (Canada) being warned by Dustin Pedroia (USA) that his team won’t be around for too long in the tourney: “Pedroia told me to pack one pair of underwear.

My prediction is that USA ends up in third, Japan in second, and the Dominican Republic goes all the way.

MC – saw your comment at TBL… so true.

I always feared that if MLB teams just started refusing to swing at Wake pitches, he’d be screwed.

At least we know Wake can still zip a 75 MPH fastabll with control when he has to…

Haha yeah. Last year he also got better at locating his curveball in the zone as well so I’m not too worried about that happening to Wake.

I didn’t get a chance to watch the game today but 3 walks by Zink.. not good. Thankfully it’s still Spring Training ;P
