Manny Ramirez’s Boston penthouse goes on sale

Manny signed a new deal with the LA Dodgers (2yrs/45m, poor bastards) on Wednesday. That same day he decided it was finally time to cut his ties with Boston so he put his 37th-floor condo at the Ritz Carlton on the market. Manny bought the condo in 2001 for $5.8 mil, tried selling it in 2005 for $6.9 mil, and is now trying again for $8.5 mil.
Leave it to Manny to be the only person in America that doesn’t understand the housing crisis and how his penthouse shouldn’t have gone up $1.6 million dollars without a single improvement being made to it. *sighs*
Keep him LA, he’s all yours now!
