Hugging Harold Renyolds: Julio Lugo isn’t going to lose his starting SS spot to Jed Lowrie. He’s going to lose it to a 5 year old.

Rain Out: Maybe that whole thing about Ken Griffey Jr. going back to Seattle isn’t all good. He’s got a bit of a belly on him.

Fantasy Pros 911: OMG KERRY WOOD IS HURTING AGAIN OMG. Next you’re gonna tell me that Mark Prior is in pain as well. I refuse to believe either.

Awful Announcing: Heidi Watney has an alligator problem at her Florida condo. In other news: 5-8 inches of snow in Boston tomorrow night. Screw you Heidi.

Home Run Derby: Every so often I think about that tragic time in baseball history when Michael Jordan played minor league ball. If he can do it.. who can’t?

The Disabled List Informer: It doesn’t take a doctor to predict that Milton Bradley will get hurt at some point during this season, and next season. After that it will be a contract year so he’ll play every game and hit .500. (Manny?)

U.S.S. Mariner: I wish the Red Sox would follow Seattle’s move and take Dice-K out of the WBC.

Fire Ned Colletti Now: I hear the name ‘Manny Ramirez’ more often now that he’s a free agent than I did when he played LF at Fenway. PS: Doug Mientkiewicz IS a terrible hitter.
