Red Sox grab the Wild Card

I won’t lie. I was passed out cold last night by the time the game finished. It didn’t start until 8:35 and was interrupted by rain delay after rain delay.
After the water finally stopped (or slowed down), the game resumed and the Red Sox took a whipping of a lifetime losing 19-8 to the dreaded Yankees. Luckily Boston got the final laugh because they’ll be in the playoffs while New York will miss it for the first time in 13 years.
Congrats to the Tampa Bay Rays who proved everyone wrong by winning the AL East this year. We’ll see you in the playoffs!
