Inside The Ballpark: Obama seems like a smart guy but then he says things like ‘the White Sox fans are more serious about baseball.’ Obviously he’s never been to a White Sox game eh?
The Sports Culture: Don’t let anybody ever tell you that Barry Bonds is a bad man. Look at his daughter: topless, pole-dancing, underage drinking. You can’t deny the fact that he’s an awesome parent and a terrific role-model.
Florida Sports Zone: Ah, Rocco Baldelli. The biggest ‘what could have been’ in Florida history (I’m not counting Josh Hamilton.)
Fire Ned Colletti Now: Yes Matt Kemp, you ARE good at baseball!
Inside The Ballpark: This video is a must-see. I always wondered how more people don’t fall out of the stands. Also, Mike Pelfrey is such a nice guy.
Twins Fix: If only it was this easy. The Twins may not make the playoffs but they’ll be giving the Red Sox a run for their money until the very end of the season.
Hall of Very Good: Mike Mussina may not make it into the Hall of Fame but he’ll be as close as you can get. In 15 years, he’ll be in the same boat that Jim Rice is in now.
We Should Be GMs: If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all? Screw that.
Ump Bump: Luckily for the Red Sox and their fans, Chicago sucks at taking walks. If the key to them winning is to wait for a free pass, they’re out of luck.
