Today’s win over the Orioles not only helped the Red Sox reclaim the top spot in the AL East but it also helped Jonathan Papelbon get his 100th career save. He is just the 3rd Red Sox closer to ever reach that number.

Paps has 28 saves so far this season and only needs 33 more to become the Red Sox all-time leader. Pretty impressive for a guy with only a couple years of MLB service time under his belt.
