Starting pitcher swap

Jon Lester and Bartolo Colon will swap spots in the rotation as Lester finishes out his 5 game suspension from his part in the scuffle against Tampa Bay (link).

Colon will start against the Orioles on Wednesday and Lester will follow him on Thursday night.
