Fill Yankee Stadium with Red Sox players

This years All-Star Game will be held at Yankee Stadium in New York. I can think of nothing more satisfying than to fill the entire field with Red Sox players as a final goodbye to the field (it is being demolished after this season.)

The ASG balloting so far looks like this, with their ranking in paranthesis:
1B - Kevin Youkilis (1st)
2B - Dustin Pedroia (1st)
3B - Mike Lowell (2nd)
SS - Julio Lugo (4th)
C - Jason Varitek (1st)
OF - Manny Ramirez (1st)
OF - Coco Crisp (12th)
OF - JD Drew (11th)
DH - David Ortiz (1st)

If the voting ended today, we would have 5 starters. That in itself is pretty amazing but I think it would be even better to have all 9 starters being from Boston so go vote (link).

(The baseball fan part of me is disgusted at the whole prospect of voting for All-Stars. Julio Lugo doesn’t deserve to be anywhere near 4th place in the voting. Unfortunately the Red Sox fan part of me is thrilled that our players dominate the system so well. The Red Sox fan always wins out so this means that I’ll be using all 25 of my votes to boost up the rankings of Julio Lugo, JD Drew, and Coco Crisp.)
