Mike Lowell loves Outback cheese fries, and so do I!

I’m going to pretend last night’s heartbreaker against the Rays didn’t happen and get right into some good news instead.
Mike Lowell was in Pawtucket yesterday for his rehab start and things went well. He went 1-4 with a 2 RBI single. Lowell said that everything feels fine and he didn’t feel any pain at all. The 2007 WS MVP also mentioned that he’ll wear a thumb sprint for the rest of the season to make sure the ligament stays stable.
Thats not even the best part. The best part is that he bought a $750 pre-game spread from Outback Steakhouse to share with the Pawtucket team.
Mmm. Cheese fries. Hurry up with your rehab so that you can bring those gooey delicious things back to Boston.
