Red Sox jersey dug up from new Yankee Stadium

If you haven’t heard by now, a Red Sox fan construction worker that was working on the new Yankee Stadium buried a jersey under the visiting locker room (link). It was his attempt at jinxing the Yankees by throwing a David Ortiz jersey in concrete before it hardened.
Well the Yankees weren’t big fans of the idea of a curse, so they got their little PR wheels rolling and organized an “Extraction Ceremony.” The jersey was found in the concrete and the lovely Hank Steinbrenner had this to say about the construction worker, Gino Castignoli: “I hope his coworkers kick the sh*t out of him.”
Classy.
Gino had this reply for The Boss Jr., “Tell Hank he can come meet me if he wants to try – and tell him to bring [catcher Jorge] Posada, because he’s the one Yankee I can’t stand.”
