2008 Red Sox predictions
I made my MLB predictions yesterday, so today it’s Red Sox time. I already predicted a World Series win over the New York Mets (big shocker, who HASN’T “predicted” that?) This time I’ll go with more precise things like who I think will have the best and worst seasons.

Opening Day: Manny truly is a bad man

JD Drew out with back tightness
Drew was scratched from the lineup at gametime because of tightness in his lower back. Brandon Moss replaced him, batting 6th in the order and playing right field.
Its unknown so far if J.D. will play in tomorrows game or not.
Josh Beckett to be placed on the Disabled List
Beckett is expected to be placed on the disabled list prior to tomorrow morning’s season opener. His placement will be retroactive to March 19th and he will he eligible to return on April 3rd, the offday between the Blue Jays and second series with the Athletics.
