I made my MLB predictions yesterday, so today it’s Red Sox time. I already predicted a World Series win over the New York Mets (big shocker, who HASN’T “predicted” that?) This time I’ll go with more precise things like who I think will have the best and worst seasons.

Best Starting Pitcher: Josh Beckett 3.25 ERA 17-6
Worst Starting Pitcher: Clay Buchholz 5.03 ERA 13-10

Best Relief Pitcher: Jonathan Papelbon 2.90 ERA 39 Saves
Worst Relief Pitcher: Julian Tavarez 4.92 ERA 1-5

Best Offensive Numbers: Manny Ramirez .325 BA 42 HR 115 RBI
Worst Offensive Numbers: Jason Varitek .245 BA 13 HR 58 RBI

Gold Gloves: Kevin Youkilis (1B), Mike Lowell (3B)
Silver Sluggers: Dustin Pedroia (2B), David Ortiz (DH), Manny Ramirez (LF)
All-Stars: David Ortiz, Dustin Pedroia, Kevin Youkilis, Mike Lowell, Manny Ramirez, Josh Beckett, Jonathan Papelbon
