MLB.com’s reporters went out and took upon themselves an interesting quest. They asked the GM (or manager) of all 30 teams who they thought would win the World Series this year. The only rule is that they couldn’t pick their own team. Everything was anonymous and the ruling is in:
Sox favored to repeat with 17 of the 30 votes. The next closest was the Tigers with a measly 7 votes. Good news.
